How can we reserve our date? What if my event is cancelled?

We require a $200.00 deposit to reserve your date, with the remainder of the balance due 30 days before the event date. A full deposit refund can be given up to 90 days before your reserved date. We can refund half of the deposit 60 to 90 days before the reserved date. After 60 days no refund will be issued.

 

Because the happy couple will be busy with the reception, how do they get to see all the fun their guests are having with a photo booth?

We always print a second copy of each picture taken so they can be placed in a custom* memory album. The guests can also write their good wishes to the happy couple in this album. This is given to the Bride and Groom at the end of the evening. We also offer a USB thumb drive with all the photos that were taken at your wedding to share the fun that was had by all.  There is no charge for the first thumb drive.

*Custom memory albums are offered with the platinum and gold packages. Extra prints taken with the silver package are placed in a regular album.

 

What's required of the venue to operate the Selfie Sensations Open Air Photo Station?

Ideally an 8ft x 8ft space is all we need to accommodate large groups in the photos, but we can make any space work. We need access to electricity. Access to Wifi is preferred but not required, as we have a hot spot and there is no extra charge for this. We bring all the extra equipment: extension cords, tables, extra lighting and backdrop stand if needed.

 

Do you offer anything other than the old-style 2x6 photo strips ?

YES. We have dozens of templates to choose from. You have a choice of 2 x 6 photo strips or    4 x 6 post cards. We have many ways to make these photos fit seamlessly into your event theme. We can provide custom backdrops as well as standard backdrops. We work with an amazing graphic artist to create overlays. We offer green screen images that can take your guests to fun and crazy places. If you can imagine it, we can make it happen!

 

Why do we need a photo booth when we already have a photographer?

You definitely want a photographer to take pictures of the event itself; especially at weddings; however, with the photo station there’s an on-the-spot connection providing everyone unique and lasting memories. The photo station gives your guests a choice to use our prop box filled with fun and colorful items or just be themselves.

 

Will someone from Selfie Sensations be at our event?

Yes, you will have two professional attendants for the duration of your event. We will ensure that the photo station provides quality prints without a hitch. We will help your guests with props and suggestions with poses. Attendants also help guests with the memory album and assuring that there is a copy of every print included in the album.

 

Can we create a custom logo on our photos?

Absolutely! We work closely with our amazing graphic designer. Together we will ensure you will receive a logo or custom overlay that will capture your one-of-a-kind event.
